What’s the Diet Solution Program Secret?
So what’s their secret? Is it some magic pill or secret nectar that sheds the weight for you? Nope, just really solid advice backed up by tons of scientific research and practical application. The diet recommends eating organic when you can, replacing foods you eat now with healthier ones, and generally incorporates a very well balanced approach to eating carbs, protein, and fats in the right amounts with the right foods to make sure you lose weight AND get healthier. Unlike some other diets that recommend odd extremes (like Atkins), this diet takes a balanced approach that we find most appealing for everyday life, as well as common sense that tells us a variety of foods is better than narrowly focusing on eating just one part of the food table.

The members-only website is really a fantastic addition to keep you motivated and make sure your questions are answered. There’s also a FAQ section with over 1,000 questions and answers, so if there’s something that confuses you, there’s a good chance it’s been asked and answered by Isabel. Summary of our Diet Solution Program Review
Great information with easy to follow instructions. Follows a balanced approach to eating healthy and making lifestyle changes that will ensure permanent weight loss if followed consistently. Awesome members website with a wealth of recipes and motivating journals from other members.
There’s a lot of information and it’s easy to spend too much time reading instead of taking action. We recommend reading the quick-start guide and go through the other guides when you have a good amount of time to relax and focus on the materials. The other thing is that the way the sales page is when you buy the guide forces you to click a tiny link at the bottom of the screen in order to skip the upsells for personal coaching, etc… so just be aware that you don’t need any of the other materials they offer in order to be successful with the Diet Solution Program. Judging by the quality of their program, I’m sure the other things they offer are worth the money, but if you don’t want to spend more, don’t feel like you need to.
